Effective May 4, 2020, FabArc will resume full operation of all departments and shifts.

1st Shift – Monday – Thursday 4:00a – 2:20p
2nd Shift – Monday – Thursday 3:00p – 1:20a
Office – Monday – Friday regular office hours

Please be assured that we will continue to operate under the standards that are consistent with current CDC Guidance and OSHA Guidance, including:

• Additional disinfection measures of all offices, break rooms and restrooms.
• Maintain social distancing of 6 feet or more. If unable to maintain this distance, we ask that you wear a face mask or cotton face cover, such as a bandana.
• Daily health screening when entering our gate, including temperature and health-related questions.
• Every attempt will be made to have hand sanitizer and cleaning products available.

The new 11,367 ton Mazda Toyota plant in Huntsville Alabama was featured in an article on AL.com. The plant will employ 4,000 people and is set to open in 2021.

The media event for the new Fiat Chrysler Mack Avenue plant in Detroit was held on August 13, 2019. FabArc will add this 6600 ton job to a long list of automotive work completed over the last three decades. Project manager Jim Whitley is sticking to a fast paced schedule to keep the truss framed paint shop on track for General Contractor, Barton Malow. From School to Industry – Alabama Construction News

Former student Haley Callaway has long had an interest in the construction industry.  After realizing that she enjoyed the hands-on work, she decided to apply for a spot in the Academy of Craft Training. After being accepted, she studied welding there her senior year of high school, even taking part in an internship program with FabArc Steel Supply in Oxford. While at FabArc she got to further her knowledge of welding, doing visual welding inspections
and even eventually getting in the booth to be hands-on.
