After being accepted in the Academy of Craft Training, Haley Callaway studied welding her senior year of high school, even taking part in an internship program with FabArc Steel Supply in Oxford. While at FabArc she got to further her knowledge of welding, doing visual welding inspections and even eventually getting in the booth to be hands-on.
